Meet Victoria A. Kimsey

Victoria A. Kimsey

Victoria is an associate in the Orlando office of Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP with a primary focus in handling construction defect claims and construction litigation matters.

She prides herself on her strong work-ethic and incredible attention to detail.  These skills coupled with her background and experience have given her the confidence required for handling complex litigation cases and representing clients diligently.

Victoria grew up in New Smyrna Beach, Florida and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida.  While in school, Victoria worked as a lifeguard at Walt Disney World Resorts and then went on to become a flight attendant for Allegiant Air. Victoria took a year off from her education to work and travel and later obtained her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She maintained her full-time career as a flight attendant while finishing her education.

After taking the bar exam, Victoria immediately began working at the State Attorney’s Office in Daytona Beach and waited for bar results. She was sworn in as an Assistant State Attorney after receiving her results and gained considerable experience in the court room during her time there.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys reading, snuggling with her corgi and going to the theme parks. Most of all, she enjoys exploring new places with her loved ones.
