Chad Dunigan, a frequent construction claims panelist and a managing partner in our Orlando office, will be presenting at the upcoming national Construction Litigation Management Business Insurance Construction Seminar being held at the Chicago Marriott Downtown.  This year’s seminar will cover evolving aspects of insurance and risk management relating to the construction industry on national, regional, and state levels.  The conference will further address residential and commercial liability issues arising from construction claims, work site accidents/injuries, and coverage disputes.

Mr.  Dunigan will be speaking as part of a panel that will address the use of extrapolation evidence in complex construction claims involving large multi-family and mixed-use projects.  The discussion will have a national focus, addressing recent appellate decisions in situations where attempts are made to project defects and damages based on limited testing results.
