David W.  Kash, Partner in our Phoenix office, will be speaking at the 25th Annual Pearlman Gathering on September 7, 2018 in the Seattle, Washington area aimed at enhancing the educational opportunities for surety and construction professionals.

Mr.  Kash will be lecturing on “Debarment.” This seminar will cover suspension and debarment of contractors as well as sureties on government construction projects.
