Austin Partner John Donovan and Associate Ryan McKee obtained summary judgment in favor of one of their Trucking / Insurance Carrier clients.

John Donovan and Ryan McKee in the Austin, Texas office obtained a favorable ruling granting their client’s Motion for Summary Judgment in a trucking-versus-passenger vehicle accident.  The Plaintiff claimed he was seriously injured due to the defendant’s negligent handling of a Freightliner Tractor with trailer in failing to yield the right of way to the plaintiff’s vehicle.  The Defendant driver disputed the plaintiff’s version of the incident and through the use of Requests for Admissions we were able to show the plaintiff was at fault for the accident and the court agreed.
