The panel will discuss how to define exactly what hybrid, or combination, construction defect and construction contract claims are, offering a “map of the terrain” to manage the complexity within the team of experts. These claims come in all sizes and forms, and are as widely varying as single-family residences, multi-family projects, mixed use developments, commercial, institutional, industrial, low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise construction. They will also discuss evaluating the complex claims, calculating potential damages, and allocating responsibly among the various parties involved.
