Dan concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation and is regularly involved in the investigation and trial of complex insurance defense, SIU, personal injury, professional malpractice, construction, and commercial disputes.  Prior to joining Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP Dan was the Senior Attorney for Commercial Litigation for The Greyhound Corporation (now known as Viad).  In this capacity, he supervised and participated in commercial litigation for The Greyhound Corporation and its subsidiaries nationwide.

This experience led to the design and implementation of the corporate document retention policy and also involved participation in various preventative law programs.

As a result of his experience concerning preventative law issues, Dan has lectured nationwide on issues regarding the design and implementation of document retention programs, as well as issues concerning disclosure obligations under state and federal law and spoliation of evidence.  He also acts as an arbitrator/mediator in civil litigation matters. He is a member of the ADR Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association.

Dan has been married to Kathy since 1976, they have two sons, Alex and Andy, and two wonderful daughters-in-law, Melissa and Ashley.  They also have four grandchildren, Wyatt, Casey, Cole and Kora, and two bulldogs, Daisy and Violet.  Outside of work, Kathy and Dan enjoy travel and spending time with their family.
