Kevin J. Heitz

Associate

Kevin is an associate with Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck in the Sacramento office.  His practice areas include Construction Litigation, Commercial Injury Claims and Litigation, and Personal Injury Litigation.  He has extensive experience in the representation of national developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in all phases of residential and commercial construction litigation.

He was born and raised in small-town Nebraska, where he, of course, played football.  Kevin earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.  After college, he spent a decade on the East Coast working as a writer and editor in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD.  Following a move to California, Kevin attended the University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law.  While in law school, he worked as a teaching assistant, participated in moot court and was published in the McGeorge Law Review.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, dogs, cat and guinea pigs. He is still an avid fan of Nebraska Football – Go Big Red!
