Mark is located in the Sacramento office of Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP.  His practice areas include construction claims and litigation, and has assisted several attorneys in research and drafting legal analyses and strategies to approach the myriad of cases brought to the firm.

The son of two accomplished physicians, Mark has lived across the country in several different states, tackling the challenges that come with each new city and experience with fervor, determination, conviction, and a strong work ethic.  Mark diligently works on every task assigned to him, whether it be submitting a meticulous report for a client or speaking directly to them and ensuring their concerns and questions are answered thoroughly, while still showing empathy, understanding, and comradery to both client and fellow coworker alike.

Settling in Northern California late into his adolescence, Mark attended the University of California San Diego, graduating with a B.A. in History before attending the University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law. Before obtaining his Juris Doctorate in the top 25% of his class.  While in law school, Mark served as a research assistant to two law professors, assisting them in the publishing of law journal articles and legal textbooks.

When not engrossed at work, Mark can be found with his family traveling the country or enjoying a good podcast or novel.
