Meet Omer David

Omer David

Omer is an associate with Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP in the Phoenix office.  During his time at KNCH, he has gained valuable experience litigating various matters.  He represents a wide variety of clients and has experience litigating in construction defect, general liability and contract disputes amongst other cases.

Born in Israel, Omer moved to Orange County at a young age.  Omer understands the importance of providing a dedicated and honest representation of his clients, and as a result, has obtained summary judgments and dismissals for his clients, while also negotiating favorable settlements.  Omer enjoys the adversarial process, and works hard to achieve his clients’ goals.

Omer graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Political Science and received his Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU, graduating cum laude.  During law school, he externed for the Honorable Bridget Bade at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.

In his free time, Omer enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and cheering on his Sundevils, Clippers, and Angels.
