Troy G. Allen

Troy is a partner at Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP and has been with the firm since 2002. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Missouri.  The primary focus of his practice involves representing national homebuilders in matters involving construction defect and other issues.  Troy also represents clients in the areas of general civil and tort litigation, insurance defense, product liability, and premises liability. He has argued before state and federal courts, including courts of appeal and state supreme courts.  Additionally, he has handled several trials and arbitration hearings and participated in countless mediations.

A native Phoenician, Troy grew up in central Phoenix and is an alumnus of Brophy College Preparatory and The University of Arizona.  Before joining KNCH, he earned valuable litigation and appellate experience while working in a state attorney general’s office.  While attending law school, Troy’s grades allowed him to join the Missouri Environmental Law & Policy Review.

Outside the firm, Troy enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons, volunteering in youth sports, and rooting for The University of Arizona and local pro teams.
