Bill is a founding member of Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP. His practice areas include Construction Litigation, Auto and Transportation Claims, Product Liability, Hospitality and Premises Liability, and Commercial Injury Claims and Litigation. He is first and foremost a Trial Lawyer who has tried to a conclusion over 75 civil jury trials. As a result of his vast experience, Bill has achieved many distinguished awards and honors, which includes being one of the first lawyers certified as a Specialist by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization for Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation.
He has earned the reputation as a “Lawyer’s lawyer” through his years of trial work at KNCH. He has represented National Construction Firms, National Transportation Carriers, Product Manufacturers, Hotels and Bars and ultimately the majority of public homebuilders in lawsuits involving injuries and damages reaching into the $100,000,000 dollar range.
Bill received his B.S. degree in political science from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. He is also a recognized national speaker on Trial and Construction litigation issues and has successfully represented developers and general contractors in all phases of litigation for the past 30 years in both Arizona and California. Bill has spoken and presented written materials for the following organizations: The State Bar of Arizona; The Maricopa County Bar Association; Claims and Litigation Management Alliance; Defense Research Institute; MC Consultants’ Construction Law Seminars; West Coast Casualty; Mealey’s Publications; Lorman Educational Services; and NBI.
Bill and his wife have four children and recently became the proud grandparents of two new family members. When away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling in his 1961 Airstream Bambi to sporting events, or riding his bike. You can also find Bill on the golf course.
