Omer was defending the firm’s General Contractor client on the construction project in Phoenix, AZ. The premises liability claim was made by the Plaintiff who slipped and fell at a construction site, and broke her nose walking around her office building that was under renovation. The Plaintiff tripped over construction netting and fell on her face. She was claiming medicals, pain and suffering and lost wages. The arbitrator found that our client was not liable for the slip and fall accident, and awarded the Plaintiff $0 for her alleged injuries.
